It's
likely that the Bush administration also had a hand in blocking the release
of a 2001 World Health Organization (WHO) paper on the effects of DU. The
monograph was the work of Dr. Keith Baverstock, the WHO's top radiation
expert for 11 years. In 2004, after his retirement, Baverstock charged
that the WHO had suppressed his study. He told the London Sunday Herald
that "...the widespread use of depleted uranium weapons in Iraq could pose
a unique health hazard to the civilian population. There is increasing
scientific evidence that radioactivity and the chemical toxicity of DU
causes more damage to human cells than is assumed."[59] Later, in a BBC
interview Baverstock described DU as "a potentially dangerous carcinogen."
He also hinted that political interference had prevented his paper from
being released in 2001.[60DU]
The doctor emphasized that his report, had it not been suppressed, would
have increased pressure on the US and its UK ally to sharply limit their
use of DU weapons in Afghanistan and Iraq.
In many instances, toxic chemicals can multiply in their "Toxic Impact",
rather than add (16)..
A recent example of a study that I heard about is rather simple. They gave
100 rats the LD50 of lead. (The LD50 stands for Lethal Dose 50 stands for
50 out of 100 of the rats die). They also gave the 100 rats the LD50 of
mercury and guess what? All of the 100 rats died. In many instances, the
multipilcatio is much high. Hundreds of times more toxic, when certain
chemicals mix. I have heard thousands of times, in some circumstances.
The original evidence cited for the synergistic
effects of lead and mercury (and cadmium) comes from
a 1978 paper by Schubert et al published in Michigan: "...the administration of an essentially no-response level (LD1) of a mercury salt together with
1/20 of the LD1 of a lead salt killed all of the animals
[rats]."
Dr Michael Godfrey and dentist Noel Campbell
write: "...a lethal dose (LD1 [enough to kill 1%
of the rats]) was combined with a 1/20th LD1 of lead, resulting
in a LD 100 [100% death rate] in the test animals.
"We have recently found that considerable amounts
of lead may be excreted with the mercury following DMPS provocation. Our preliminary investigations appear to indicate that a synergistic effect
could be identified by multiplying the lead and mercury concentrations together, after adjusting to
IG of urine creatinine. We have termed this the Campbell- Godfrey factor (C-G factor). Chronic-ally
affected patients may have high levels of either metal
or a high total C-G factor. Those with the highest C-G
factor appear to be the worst affected, thus indicating
that the synergism in animals is replicated in man."
The questions raised are: is it safe for lead
poisoned people to have mercury fillings?

Test fraud
again made headlines in 1994, when Craven Laboratories was fined over 15
million dollars and its ... Fifty Years of Legislation, by CAROLINE COX
(132).And
the plot thickens. Just reading a published book can show you the reasoning
of the Earth Liberation Front (ELF's) and why they have been burning down
newer and toxic buildings. The wide spread use of toxic building materials
and the manner in which the testing for the safety of the chemicals were
fraudulently produced (81, ).
The book titled "Toxic Deception" (81)
documents the association of one such toxic chemical and asthma (81)
and the fraudulent manner in which toxicology testing has been conducted,
over decades. Leaving people to work the majority of their lives in pursuit
of their "dream home". And some of the "dream homes" are rather toxic and
implicated in chronic (toxic) disorders. Only * as mentioned before) most
"patients" are never tested for such toxic chemicals disorders. And even
when they are the very statistics that are used to "rule out" or validate
such toxic chemical exposures as a root cause of an illness are in question.
I strongly
that a good number of the ELF's (and or people they love) have been victimized
by this toxic scenario. And they are aware of it. Leaving them with a desire
to destroy what they perceive to be an evil before it came harm others.
Even when the "others" do t perceive the danger, nor comprehend the evil
of it.
Because
the EPA and the FDA have not been doing their jobs, the ELF's took action.
Some of them have been victims of this situation, themselves. For that,
our government has declared the ELF's a "Domestic Terrorist Group (78).
Even though the ELF's have been looking out for the best interests of the
general public, the government has painted them "red" with slanted and
disinformation. This has resulted in a new term being created. "The "Green
Scare". The term Green Scare refers to the federal
government's expanding prosecution efforts against animal liberation and

One of the aspects that most of the Bohemian Grove researchers have
missed is that many of the members of the Grove have died from illnesses

like the Cleveland Clinic and Johns Hopkins in Baltimore are establishing
special programs to give platinum service to the well-heeled. Depending on
the program, the super-rich customers may receive massages and sauna time
along with their physical, house calls, and step-to-the- front-of-the-line service in
testing facilities (158). And Linda Peeno MD of whom
gave sworn testimony to the House of Representatives on the subject of

Industry has know for over fifty years that it has
been poisoning us and paid out millions to settle cases and seal the
records (26). A book titled "Toxic
Deception" documents how the chemicaliIndustry manipulates science, bends
the kaw and endangers our health (81, a book review). In fact, the Union of
Concerned Scientists have come forward with a public news release with
regard to President Bush's administrations.
More than 60 influential scientists, including 20
Nobel laureates, have issued a statement asserting that the Bush
administration has systematically distorted scientific fact in the service
of policy goals on the environment, health, biomedical research and
nuclear weapons at home and abroad.
The sweeping accusations on Wednesday (02-18-2004)
were discussed later in a conference call organized by the Union of
Concerned Scientists, an independent organization that focuses on
technical issues and has often taken stands at odds with administration
policy. The organization also issued a 38-page report Wednesday.

A Congressional Report states that of the 1,400
chemicals known to cause cancer, less than 6% are tracked (145B). The huge transnational companies that
produce toxic chemicals found in pesticides, herbicides and industrial and
household products profit not only from the sale of these products, but
also from the symptoms and chronic illnesses that they can trigger (157).
To simplify the complexity of the controversy (14), I will give this example. Bill
Moyers of the Public Broadcasting System did a show named Trade Secrets
and has created a web page of the same name (26). There is to
much documentation there to list, in regard to "industry" covering up the
damage to OUR HEALTH from toxic chemicals, for over fifty
years.
He was tested for over 800 toxic chemicals and over
80 chemicals (at various levels of exposure) were found, in him. That
presents the potential for more viable chemicals reaction variations than
the pick six lottery in one patient from the perspective of LDCETC's ! But
regardless of this, many of the "tolerable levels of exposure" to a
(singular) toxic chemical have been fraudulently produced for
decades.
But it is well documented in the book "Toxic
Deception (81, )
that they have known this since the 1970's. In the 1950's, 1960's and
1970's, Industrial Bio-Test Laboratories (IBT) performed about 35-40% of
all U.S. Toxicology testing. Of the 867 audits of IBT performed by the FDA
under the 1962 law, 618 were found to be invalid because of numerous
discrepancies between the study conduct and data. FDA flexed its muscles
and found four IBT managers guilty of fraud." Yet the EPA has still been
accepting these "studies" that are financed by industry, with out any real

Test fraud again made headlines in 1994, when Craven
Laboratories was fined over 15 million dollars and its ... Fifty Years of
Legislation, by CAROLINE COX (132).And the plot thickens.Just reading a published
book can show you the truth of why the Earth Liberation Front (ELF's) have
been burning down newer and toxic buildings. The wide spread use of toxic
building materials and the manner in which the testing for the safety of
the chemicals were fraudulently produced (81, ).
The book titled "Toxic Deception" ((81) documents the
association of one such toxic chemical and asthma (81, ).
Because the EPA and the FDA have not been doing their
jobs, the ELF's took action. Some of them have been victims of this
situation, themselves. For that, our government has declared the ELF's a
"Domestic Terrorist Group (78). Even though the ELF's
have been looking out for the best interests of the general public, the
government has painted them red" with slanted and disinformation. This has
resulted in a new term being created. "The "Green
Scare". The term Green Scare
refers to the federal government's expanding prosecution efforts against
animal liberation and ecological activists, drawing parallels to the "Red
Scares" of the 1910's and 1950s.
Advocates have been using web pages such as "FBI
Witch Hunt", to document the abuses of the judicial system against
advocates with grand juries and other government
harassment.
We must note that victims
continue to settle cases and seal the records to let more die, too. But as
with many of the conspiracies that I have investigated, they do seem to be
of the "Conspiracy bye Complicity", nature. (That chapter is not
posted).
Now
that the drug companies have been paying out millions in wrongful law
suits (murder & homicide) from their SSRI's (60, 62, 178), they might want to blame the deaths on some of the
toxic chemical interactions with their prescription medications?
Toxic chemicals that the CDC has found in many HEALTHY Americans (21,22, main source exposure food 144).
But according to the Environmental Protection Agency,
75% of the Typical American's Exposure to Toxic Chemical's Occurs Indoors
(3). The ten most common sources of
exposure according to a newspaper interview with an EPA official, has been
published (6).
More medical researchers are coming forward on this
issue. Making such statements as, "About 25% of health problems are
already environmental in origin (18)".... The declining condition of the
natural environment is beginning to affect the health of populations in

25% that they state does appear to be very low and I do expect that it
will be shown to be much higher, if the testing for such chemicals is ever
done in an appropriate manner. Entire books on this subject have been
published on the Internet by researchers. And free to download
(147).
Presently, the California legislators has passed SB
1379 to start testing patients with chronic illness, cancers and other
disorders for the low dose cumulative effects of toxic chemicals. AS 600
and AS 319. were also "in the works".

an EPA expert --- Chloroform, also an
animal carcinogen, is released from water during hot showers and clothes-
and dish-washing. ``Half the chloroform comes out before the water hits
the tub, and 10 minutes in the shower can expose the rest of the family to
chloroform for up to two hours,'' he said, recommending that bathrooms be
properly vented to reduce exposure. Now why is it that doctors do not tell their asthma
patients things like, "use a water filter on your shower. There are
shower water filters on the market that removes this"?160 :Useless Eaters: In other words, if
you regard humanity as a race of "useless Eaters, (that's Power Elite-Ruling Class jargon

reduction.So let me try to clarify
some of this as an Environmental Technologist that has studied it. The
main source of exposure to pesticides is food (82, , 84, ).
The phthalates from plastic's were at first thought to be a type of World
War Two nerve gas that has been diluted for use as what is called a
"pesticide" (.84, ). The researchers that were
interviewed for an article explained the how and why that they thought it
was a "pesticide used for body lice" when they had first come across it
(11). Pictures of what
this chemical (phthalates) does to testes (gonads) were also published
with the article. Phthalates are classified as "Endocrine Disrupters". And
your gonads are a part of your "Endocrine System". Some of the same
researchers said that the main source is food (144).
So it really depends on
which chemicals that we are talking about, when it gets to the main
sources of exposures. Some of the more recent research is looking into the
chemical reactions after various products are washed (). It has been shown
that they can become very toxic and the safety testing that has been done
to this point in time (February 20040 has negated this as a factor (168).Every year approximately 200,000 die from
prescription drug reactions and another 80,000 die from medical
malpractice (4) ,
while 41,000 die in auto accidents. [DRUG TOPICS, October 23, 1995, pg.
14-16.] What is wrong with our focus on the "drug war" when 200,000 die
each year from prescription drugs, yet approximately only 20,000 die as a
result of illegal drug use (60) ? The Annual Cost of Rx Therapy
Problems Placed at $77 Billion (60) .Leading
medical providers like the Cleveland Clinic and Johns Hopkins in Baltimore
are establishing special programs to give platinum service to the
well-heeled. Depending on the program, the super-rich customers may
receive massages and sauna time along with their physical, house calls,
and step-to-the-front-of-the-line service in testing facilities (158). And Linda Peeno MD of whom
gave sworn testimony to the House of Representatives on the subject of
"Denial of Health Care Services" to the insured (20a). In short,
"Justice has been sold" (101) and millions of dollars put
into "fixing the sale" ( 49). The Los Angeles Times
reported that, "Drug Companies, HMO's Spend Big To Stop New Laws". They
donated hundreds of millions of dollars to political election campaigns
(49, 159 ). While apparently buying out
"grass root organizations (68). While they do
the "Poison for Profit" (157).
The simple facts are that chemical companies
developed chemical and biological weapons for our country. Back in World
War One and Two, they made things like nerve gas. At some point, the
watered down the nerve gas and started calling them "pesticides". This
report (157) documents that the chemical companies and
the pharmaceutical companies are really controlled by the same
people.
Now that is a business plan, called "Poison for
Profit" (157). Even more disturbing is what is termed "the revolving door" from these
companies and their executives into many of the high ranking
administration offices of our government, in Washington DC. From the
National Institute of Health to the Food and Drug Administration and
beyond.
"The revolving door" is easily shown
with an Internet www.google.com search term, "revolving door
washington DC drugs chemical companies".
But then "they" are making headway in medical
research, right? Well how about what patients at 'The Hutch' weren't told
about the experiments in which they died. A five-part series by the
Seattle Times March 2001 (46 A Seattle Times five part
series).

Becomes a Crime Kenny Ausubel is the founder of the annual Bioneers
conference (http://www.bioneers.org/) and the author of the book, "When Healing Becomes a
Crime" (Inner Traditions, 2000) based on his award-winning documentary, of
the Hoxsey cancer treatment.
Or what about a story titled "Firm failed to get
consent for tests of blood substitute", by The Associated Press. And I
quote, "A company conducted an ill-fated blood-substitute trial without
the informed consent of patients in the study - some of whom died, federal
officials say. Baxter International was able to test the substitute known
as HemAssist without consent because of a 1996 change in federal Food and
Drug Administration regulations. The changes broke a 50-year standard to
get consent for nearly all experiments on humans". End quote (52). Not to worry, they stopped that trial. But a
library search a year later found an article about (and names) several
other firms starting the same type of research (52B). But the article does not say
if they are / were getting "patient consent". So maybe we could be used
for this if we turn up at a hospital and unconscious from a car wreck
?
In January of 2004, the newspaper said that the
Anthrax Vaccine given to all of the military has been stopped by a court
order. The story also mentioned accusations of the military being used for
a medical experiment with that vaccine.
Death of the Anthrax Vaccine ,
written by Garth Nicolson Ph.D.. exposes how this worked. This is not
"just about the vets"(AGWVA). That "situation" has corresponding
factors with "civilian abuses" (20a, 45, 46, 54). I hesitate to
cite #99. But hey, this one remind me of their telling us to use "duct
tape and plastic sheathing". So ........
99: Lax oversight of biological experiments

Experiments with lethal viruses and bacteria conducted at federal weapons
labs lacked required oversight and controls, raising concern about
potential risk to workers and the public, an Energy Department report
finds.
There is a need for more research regarding the Low
Dose Cumulative Effects of Toxic Chemicals (LDCETC) ((15 , 16 see Chapt.1 first sentence). One part of the difficulty is the lack of proper
testing (12a) of individuals
with cancer, chronic illnesses, involved in violent crimes, suicide,
domestic violence and mental illness, to name a few. In fact, I can not
imagine a financially viable health care system that ignores this. In
other words, this report isolates some of the major problems with our
health care system and gives a few suggestions on correcting these
"situations of circumstances".
This posted response from the now retired Police
Chief of Santa Rosa (139) states that,
victims of police shootings are not tested for toxic chemical exposures
(regardless of their strange and often violent behavior). The fact that a
policeman's response (and threshold point at which he decides to use
"Deadly Force") could be mitigated by the low dose effects of toxic
chemicals. Most of the police are very health conscious and there fore
would have lower levels of toxic chemical exposures. According to a San
Francisco Chronicle newspaper story,many people are unaware that the diet
that they believe to be "healthy", is "toxic" (172). In reality, it is much worse
than that.
The CDC found toxic chemicals at "levels of
concern"in many "healthy" Americans (main source food and they have not
tested sub-popularions of "ill" people, yet 144). They did not address the Low
Dose Cumulative Effects of Toxic Chemicals. Plastics have been tested for
safety. But not after they have undergone "chemical reactions" from
cleaning agents such as detergents. Though it has now been shown that this
can be a very dangerous thing (168).
Then there are the chemicals that they did not look
for, because the chemicals should not be there. Such as rocket fuel in
organic lettuce (169). Then there is the fact that
many of the toxic chemicals are being sold as fertilizer additives, rather
than being destroyed. Laws have been changed to assure this is "legal" and
these toxic chemicals in fertilizer can even turn up on "organic farmland"
(28). Plants tend
to such these toxic chemicals out of the earth (28). Exposures to many of them
mimic "chronic illnesses (28) in people. And over a third of
the fertilizer now on the market "would not be allowed over State lines if
it were tested for toxic chemicals (28).

But first they (the police) would have to admit to
some "errors" and admit that there have been circumstance in which a
policeman's "response" and use of deadly force were not warranted (139) so that they could

important because of the way that Toxic Chemical's work synergistically

First, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of
"opposing factors", otherwise stated as being "all about

Now
about granting some of the State agencies some legal "clout" (39, 56, 57, 58) including the Duty to Rescue Law that is a first
degree criminal misdemeanor (57),to help correct
some of the problems in our health care system (45,, 46, 54) and instances of patients being denied care (even
though insured) to help cut costs at a hospital at the expense of their
lives (sworn testimony for the House of Representative 20a).. "Clout" that State officials claim not to
have (55) ! Some of this "clout" (39, 56, 57, 58) is being used by other States ! Also, write,
call fax and e-mail your own local representative in regard to these
matters. But please wait until after you have read section 2 on the
biological weapons.
The National Report on Human Exposure to Environmental
Chemicals is a new publication that will provide an ongoing assessment of
the U.S. population's exposure to environmental chemicals using
biomonitoring (21). They are not using the
biomarkers for the LDCETC's (12a), even though they are a division of the Center for
Disease Control and must know better. Regardless, the agency (21) said that it would be testing "subpopulation"
for "toxic chemical exposures", but as of yet are not evaluating the
various infectious agents that can work synergistically with such
exposures.
Biological Weapons
and the LDCETC's
These mycoplasma's have been around for thousands of
years. In fact, a mummy had been shown to have died from such an infection
(walking pneumonia). Back then, parasitic infections and malnutrition were
the main "factors". Today we have the LDCE's of Toxic Chemicals, as
well.
The doctors at the University of Washington diagnosed
me with Reiters Syndrome. It is a reactive form of arthritis that attacks
joints, nerves and the eyes. It is caused by a mycoplasma that our
government has experimented with as a biological weapon since the 1940's.
Because they were classified as a "military secret", the National
Institute of Health has with held the information from institutions that
teach medicine. But there are a few dozen various "chronic disorders (such
as arthritis) caused by mycoplasma's(HMBW). Other infectious agents have also been implicated
as working in a
synergistic manner with other infectious agents and or toxic
chemical exposures.
There are a number of considerations when
undergoing therapy for chronic illnesses, including traditional
medical approaches as well as integrative medicine approaches that
utilize oxygen therapy, herbal therapy, and heat therapy, among

From my own experience with a denial of Emergency Psyche Care on 03-23-99, I
can tell you that ALL of US have a problem with this. If you are not a

Garth Nicolson". While Nicolson has found the gentically spliced
mycoplasma's in the Gulf War vets, he has dected many of the "spliced
mycoplasma's" in the general public.
How ever, the organic mycoplasma's were studied as
"Biological Weapons" since the 1940's (HMBW)

Garth Nicolson Ph.D. has shown that an individuals
total toxic body burden (*67*) and the cumulative synergistic effects
