Outrageous Gutting of Law Referencing Mind Control
The bill which was originally H.R. 2977, of the United States House of
Representatives was to be extremely important to the fight to expose
and stop psycho-electronic or "psychotronic" mind control
experimentation on involuntary citizens. The importance is that in this
draft bill, the terms "PSYCHOTRONIC" and "MIND CONTROL" were clearly
referenced.
