The aluminum, steel and fertilizer industries all produce toxic hazardous waste by-products called silicofluorides, which are much more toxic than lead, almost as toxic as arsenic, and contain some of both.

Today, they can only be disposed of in expensive toxic waste dumps. Prior to "fluoridation" these companies spent a fortune disposing of this waste, and paying for damages to livestock and the environment. (See 0-1: "Fluoridation Revisited," by Dr. Murray N. Rothbard, Professor of Economics, University of Nevada, from The New American, 12/14/92. Also, see 0-2 and 0-3: copies of various Congressional Records, which speak of the problems that were encountered then, and are still occurring today).

"Alcoa's Vancouver, Washington plant was found guilty of dumping 1,000 to 7,000 pounds of fluoride poison each month into the Columbia River ... The fluoride contaminated the grass and forage and resulted in injury and death to cattle." Seattle Times, Dec. 16, 1952.

At Vancouver, disposal of 1,000 to 7,000 pounds of fluoride per month was considered pollution. Yet, if city officials dump as much or more fluoride into municipal water supplies (5,000 pounds a day in San Francisco) it is called a "health measure."

Dr. Edward Groth, III said:

"As a pollutant, fluoride has sufficiently severe effects, and is wide-spread enough, that the American Association for the Advancement of Science named fluoride the third most serious air pollutant in the country, (after SO2 and ozone) in December 1966. ... Over fifty industries were involved."

"Shortly after the U.S. Public Health Service began promoting the fluoridation of water supplies, they stopped reporting levels of airborne fluorides. ... Perhaps the answer lies in the fact that fluoride is potentially the most expensive pollutant industry has to deal with. ... When industrial plants are required to keep fluoride out of the air, they take the next cheapest route and dump it into the water."

"The question of fluoridation should be carefully evaluated in reference to what is known about fluoride pollution. Fluoride is added to water supplies in amounts far larger than concentrations that are known to be harmful in the air in order to reduce cavities in children's teeth." F. B. Exner, M.D., F.A.C.R., stated: "The one utterly relentless force behind fluoridation is American 'big industry' and the motive is not profit as such, but fear. Fear of colossal damage suits, and fear that official intervention will begin to mushroom wherever fluoride devastates air, water, soil and all forms of life. Added to this is fear of forfeiting the legally permissible level for dumping fluoride wastes into water supplies which is presently in effect for the specific purpose of accommodating industry." "As we approach the close of the first century, history appears to repeat itself, in that environment is again given prominence in the causation of disease involving man's management of the health hazards connected with air pollution, stream pollution, fluoridation (our emphasis) and radiation." Laws controlling the disposal of toxic wastes do not permit the industries creating these fluorides to release them into the environment. However, the "laundering" process of fluoridation allows these same toxins to be spread indiscriminately on lawns and gardens, incorporated into processed foods, and released by the ton into water and air, in sewer effluent and sludge. In other words, their solution to pollution is dilution.

Sodium fluoride, a hazardous-waste by-product from the manufacture of aluminum, is a common ingredient in rat and cockroach poisons, anesthetics, hypnotics, psychiatric drugs, and military nerve gas. It's historically been quite expensive to properly dispose of, until some aluminum industries with an overabundance of the stuff sold the public on the terrifically insane but highly profitable idea of buying it at a 20,000% markup, injecting it into our water supplies, and then DRINKING it.


Yes, a 20,000% markup: Fluoride-- intended only for human consumption by people under 14 years of age--is injected into our drinking water supply at approx. 1 part-per-million (ppm), but since we only drink 1/2 of one percent of the total water supply, the rest literally goes down the drain as a free hazardous-waste disposal for the chemical industry, where we PAY them so that we can flush their expensive hazardous waste down our toilets. How many salesmen dream of such a deal? (Follow the money.)


Independent scientific evidence repeatedly showing up over the past 50 years reveals that fluoride allegedly shortens our life span, promotes cancer and various mental disturbances, accelerates osteoporosis and broken hips in old folks, and makes us stupid, docile, and subservient, all in one package. There are reports of aluminum in the brain possibly being a causative factor in Alzheimer's Disease, and evidence points towards fluoride's strong affinity for aluminum and also its ability to "trick" the blood-brain barrier by looking like the hydrogen ion, and thus allowing chemical access to brain tissue.


Scientists who have attempted to blow the whistle on this mega-bucks PR ploy have consistently been given a very unscientific Black-PR treatment, and thus their valid points disputing the current vested interests never arrive in the press.


Follow the money to find the control.


In 1952 the slick PR campaign which ram-rodded the concept of fluoridation through via our Public Health departments and various dental organizations was likened to a highly-emotional "beer-salesman's convention" instead of the objective scientific experiment which it should properly have been. It's continued in that vein right up to present time.


To illustrate the emotional vs. the scientific nature of this issue, just look at the response given by people (perhaps yourself included?) when the subject of fluoridation comes up. Ask yourself, "Is this response EMOTIONAL BLUSTER, or is it UNBIASED AND OPENLY- INTERESTED OBJECTIVITY?"


There is a tremendous amount of emotional, highly unscientific know-it-all attached to fluoridation. Many truly independent (unattached to any vested-interest) scientists who've spent a large portion of their lives studying and working with this subject have been subjected to a surprising amount of uncalled-for and unfair character assassination from strong vested-interest groups who profit from the public's ignorance as well as from their illnesses. Do you have diabetes or kidney disease? There are reportedly more than 11 million Americans with diabetes. Since many diabetics drink more liquids than other people, then according to the Physicians Desk Reference these 11 mi llion Americans probably shouldn't drink fluoridated water, because in doing so, they'll receive an excessive dose of fluoride.


Kidney disease, by definition, lowers the efficiency of the kidneys, which is your main route of fluoride elimination. --So those people with kidney disease also shouldn't drink fluoridated water. Cases are on record (Annapolis, Maryland, 1979) where kidney patients on dialysis machines died, due to a fluoride overdose in the city water supply.


Let's begin at the beginning: The first occurrence of fluoridated drinking water on Earth was found in Germany's Nazi prison camps.

The Gestapo had little concern about fluoride's supposed effect on children's teeth; their alleged reason for mass-medicating water with sodium fluoride was to sterilize humans and force the people in their concentration camps into calm submission.

The following letter was received by the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research, Milwaukee Wisconsin, on 2 October 1954, from Mr. Charles Perkins, a chemist: "I have your letter of September 29 asking for further documentation regarding a statement made in my book, The Truth About Water Fluoridation, to the effect that the idea of water fluoridation was brought to England from Russia by the Russian Communist Kreminoff. "In the 1930's, Hitler and the German Nazi's envisioned a world to be dominated and controlled by a Nazi philosophy of pan-Germanism. The German chemists worked out a very ingenious and far-reaching plan of mass-control which was submitted to and adopted by the German General Staff. This plan was to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water supplies.

By this method they could control the population in whole areas, reduce population by water medication that would produce sterility in women, and so on. In this scheme of mass-control, sodium fluoride occupied a prominent place. ...


"Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluoride will in time reduce an individual's power to resist domination, by slowly poisoning and narcotizing a certain area of the brain, thus making him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him." [A convenient light lobotomy]


"The real reason behind water fluoridation is not to benefit children's teeth. If this were the real reason there are many ways in which it could be done that are much easier, cheaper, and far more effective. The real purpose behind water fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the masses to domination and control and loss of liberty.


"When the Nazis under Hitler decided to go into Poland, both the German General Staff and the Russian General Staff exchanged scientific and military ideas, plans, and personnel, and the scheme of mass control through water medication was seized upon by the Russian Communists because it fitted ideally into their plan to communize the world. ...


"I was told of this entire scheme by a German chemist who was an official of the great IG Farben chemical industries and was also prominent in the Nazi movement at the time. I say this with all the earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has spent nearly 20 years' research into the chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology of fluorine--any person who drinks artificially fluorinated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person mentally or physically." - CHARLES E. PERKINS, Chemist, 2 October 1954.


Quoting Einstein's nephew, Dr. E.H. Bronner (a chemist who had also been a prisoner of war during WWII) in a letter printed in The Catholic Mirror, Springfield, MA, January 1952.

"As a research chemist of established standing, I built within the past 22 years, 3 American chemical plants and licensed 6 of my 53 patents. "Even in small quantities, sodium fluoride is a deadly poison to which no effective antidote has been found. Every exterminator knows that it is the most efficient rat-killer. ... Sodium fluoride is entirely different from organic calcium-fluoro-phosphate needed by our bodies and provided by nature, in God's great providence and love, to build and strengthen our bones and our teeth. This organic calcium-fluoro-phosphate, derived from proper foods, is an edible organic salt, insoluble in water and assimilable by the human body, whereas the non-organic sodium fluoride used in fluoridating water is instant poison to the body and fully water soluble. The body refuses to assimilate it.


"Careful, bonafide laboratory experimentation by conscientious, patriotic research chemists, and actual medical experience, have both revealed that instead of preserving or promoting 'dental health,' fluoridated drinking water destroys teeth, before adulthood and after, by the destructive mottling and other pathological conditions it actually causes in them, and also creates many other very grave pathological conditions in the internal organisms of bodies consuming it. How can it be called a "health" plan? What's behind it?

Earliest available Russian fluoride evidence: "I, Oliver Kenneth Goff, was a member of the Communist Party and the Young Communist League, from May 2, 1936, to October 9, 1939. During this period of time, I operated under the alias of John Keats with number 18-B-2. My testimony before the Government is in Volume 9 of the Un-American Activities Report for 1939.


"While a member of the Communist Party, I attended Communist training schools in New York and Wisconsin ... and we were trained in the revolutionary overthrow of the U.S. Government. "...

We discussed quite thoroughly the fluoridation of water supplies and how we were using it in Russia as a tranquilizer in the prison camps. The leaders of our school felt that if it could be induced into the American water supply, it would bring about a spirit of lethargy in the nation, where it could keep the general public docile during a steady encroachment of Communism.


We also discussed the fact that keeping a store of deadly fluoride near the water reservoir would be advantageous during the time of the revolution, as it would give us opportunity to dump this poison into the water supply and either kill off the populace or threaten them with liquidation, so that they would surrender to obtain fresh water.

We were pretty gullible in those days. The period immediately following World War II was a time of scientific advancement. After the inventions of nylon, rayon, plastic and other marvelous products that replaced fabrics, rubber and steel during the war years, people were lulled into the belief that those balding men in white laboratory jackets could solve all of the problems of the world. The belief was so strong that we blindly accepted whatever a "scientist" told us. Nobody dreamed that we might be victims of fraud.

My father was part of the magic. He worked as a chemical engineer for a factory that made a variety of products out of wheat and corn starch (including the brain-killing excitotoxin monosodium glutamate). He provided well and I consequently made regular visits to a dentist every summer. I knew well the agony of the dentist drill. It was nothing like the advanced water-cooled high-speed equipment used by modern dentists. Repairing a cavity doomed us to what seemed like hours of white-knuckle torture under the glaring lights of the dental chair, while a man with plastic rimmed glasses and bad breath bored his way through teeth (and bone?). Once the drilling was done, the dentist filled the hole he made with a hot metallic material that burned when it went in, and left a bad taste in your mouth.

We had a mom-and-pop grocery store in our neighborhood where kids could buy penny candy and a package of gum for a nickel. I made a lot of visits to that candy store.

Even though my mother made sure that I brushed my teeth daily, somehow I don't remember linking the candy I was eating to all of the cavities. When fluoride was introduced, it seemed like a child's dream come true.

I was disappointed, of course. I had just as many cavities in my teeth the following year.

When they started dumping fluoride in the local water supply, and adding it to the ingredients in our toothpaste, I thought that would surely solve my problem. It seemed reasonable to think that I didn't get a heavy enough dose of fluoride when I attended the free clinic. After all, if a little bit of fluoride was good for my teeth, it made sense that a lot more fluoride would be even better.

But alas, after years of drinking, scrubbing and consuming fluoride-laced products, we now learn that we've been scammed. This chemical is found to be totally ineffective in preventing tooth decay. Not only that, it seems to be directly linked to a variety of medical problems ranging from discolored teeth to bone disease and cancer.

In short, fluoride is a poison.

This is not news to the medical world. The Journal of the American Medical Association and the New England Journal of Medicine have both reported greater incidence of hip fractures in fluoridated areas. The National Institute of Environmental and Health Services has linked fluoridation with cancer.

A book by Dr. John Yiamouyiannis, titled "Fluoride, The Aging Factor," shows that the drug causes a premature aging process. He notes that in areas where fluoride is consumed in the drinking water, there are higher rates of bone disorders (skeletal fluorosis, osteoporosis and arthritic pain) and people suffer from brown decaying teeth.

"Fluoride is a poison!" Yiamouyiannis warns." The 1984 issue of Clinical Toxicology of Commercial Products lists fluoride as more poisonous than lead and just slightly less poisonous than arsenic. It has been used as a pesticide for mice, rats and other small pests. A 10-pound infant could be killed by 1/100 of an ounce and a 100-pound adult could be killed by 1/10 of an ounce of fluoride. The Akron Regional Poison Center indicates that a 7-ounce tube of toothpaste contains 199 mg. of fluoride, more than enough to kill a 25-pound child."

Yiamouyiannis writes that the acceleration of the aging process by fluoride occurs at the bio-chemical level by causing enzyme inhibition, collagen breakdown, genetic damage and disruption of the immune system.

"Fluoride interacts with the bonds which maintain the normal shape of proteins," he continues. "With distorted protein, the immune system attacks it's own protein, the body's own tissue." The visual and physical effects from prolonged exposure to fluoride include nausea, bloody vomit, faintness, stomach cramps, tremors, constipation, aching bones, stiffness, skin rash, weight loss and brown or black discoloration of the teeth.

The horror in this story is that fluoride was known as a deadly poison from the start. But if this was true, why would the U. S. government promote the sale of it to its own people, and later people all over the world? Would you believe the answer to this question is money?

There is compelling evidence that the program of water fluoridation began as a massive effort to cover up bad publicity from one of the most toxic materials to emerge from the government's secret nuclear weapons program. The idea was that if fluoride could be presented to the country as beneficial, then no one could sue the government for being harmed by it.

An article by Dr. Jackie Alan Giuliano in "Healing Our World" noted that reporters Joel Griffiths and Chris Bryson discovered the truth about fluoride while researching hundreds of declassified documents about the Manhattan Project, America's secret atomic bomb development program.

They found that fluoride as a key chemical in atomic bomb production. Millions of tons were used during the Cold War period to manufacture high-grade uranium and plutonium.

"Fluoride was the top chemical hazard of the U.S. nuclear weapons program, not only for workers, but for those living in nearby communities as well," Giuliano wrote.

"The documents show that the first U.S. lawsuits levied against the atomic weapons program were over fluoride poisoning, not radiation damage. The documents reveal that the U.S. government secretly ordered atomic bomb scientists to create "evidence useful in litigation" against defense contractors who were being accused of injuring citizens with fluoride."

This secret work to head-off government lawsuits lead to a multi-billion dollar industry that has been poisoning our water supplies, our toothpaste, and our bodies ever since. Believe this or not, fluoride tablets are even available for children.

To escape the harmful effects of fluoride, Yiamouyiannis suggests that you seek non-fluoride toothpaste (but you may have to go to health stores to find it), and drink bottled water. Even using tap water to cook may expose you to fluoride.

Now that the truth about fluoride is out, why haven't towns and toothpaste companies stopped dumping this terrible poison in our water and toothpaste supplies? Don't expect that to happen. Remember, I said this is a multi-billion dollar industry. Nobody shuts down a money machine like that without a fight.

Just thought I'd contribute a little to this thread, fluoride is some very wicked sh*t to say the least! Its also used by pest exterminators where they seal a whole house and use fluorine gas to kill every living thing in the house, usually very infested houses with cockroaches and harder to kill bugs and insects, so that in itself should tell you how deadly fluorine/fluoride really is!!! Other research also says that affects the pituitary glands and calcifies the pineal gland.

They discovered the Crest, Colgate and other brand name toothpastes weren't the same as from Wal-mart, grocery stores etc. The toothpastes were manufactured in many other countries and are not approved by the American Dental Association (ADA).

There was even some from South Africa and the fluoride is ten times stronger than what we're allowed in the U.S. (prescription strength). They're allowed stronger because they don't have fluoridated water (like we do).

So, if we (or our kids) use it often and occasionally swallow it, we could be poisoning ourselves. The dollar stores declined to comment and a full investigation has begun. So stick to paying full-price at the grocery store and send this e-mail to anyone who shops at dollar stores.

Although the press release of this fluoride report states, "The report does not examine the health risks or benefits of the artificially fluoridated water that millions of Americans drink" the 576-page report cites numerous studies that describe adverse health effects associated with water fluoridation, and after reviewing this evidence, the committee concluded unanimously that the maximum contaminant level of fluoride in drinking water should be lowered. (1, 2)

The press release makes reference to tooth enamel discoloration as a side effect of excessive fluoride consumption, a risk factor for bone fractures and possibly bone cancer. Again, however, the 576-page report contains numerous studies showing an association between fluoride ingestion and a variety of other health problems that are now prevalent and widespread in The United States, where now two-thirds of the people are exposed to fluoridated drinking water. Among those now-prevalent conditions found in Americans of all backgrounds, are thyroid malfunction and GI problems.

Numerous studies are reviewed in the NRC report that indicate subclinical or malfunctioning thyroid is "associated with increased cholesterol concentrations, increased incidence of depression, diminished response to standard psychiatric treatment, cognitive dysfunction, and in pregnant women, decreased IQ of their offspring." (Page 198.) Additionally, their study reveals that a number of authors have reported enamel disorders in juveniles suffering from hypothyroidism. Yet, the possibility that dental fluorosis might actually be late-appearing signs of thyroid fluorosis and malfunction has not yet been studied in this country.

The NRC also reported on pages 231 and 236 that fluoride can "stimulate secretion of acid in the stomach, reduce blood flow away from the stomach lining, dilate blood vessels, increase redness of the stomach lining, and cause cell death and desquamation of the GI tract epithelium."

In referencing a 1961 study pertaining to GI complaints, the NRC tentatively states on page 230, "Perhaps it is safe to say that less than 1% of the population complains of GI symptoms after fluoridation is initiated (Feltman and Kosel, 1961)." The "less than 1%" figure based on the 1961 Feltman and Kosel report does not seem reasonable at the present, however, because we have new and better evidence than in the past of widespread gastric problems including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and acid reflux.

A population-based study in Olmsted County, Minnesota, published in a 1997 issue of Gastroenterology also decried a lack of available data on GERD. "Gastroesophageal reflux is considered a common condition, but detailed population-based data on reflux in the United States are lacking." The findings of their study in Olmsted were, "The prevalence per 100 of heartburn and/or acid regurgitation experienced at least weekly was 19.8." Olmsted County was fluoridated 1959, and according to the CDC's records, most of Olmsted is now fluoridated at 1.20 mg/L. (3, 4, 5,)

The IMS Health's list of top ranking pharmaceuticals sales for 2005 also indicates a much greater prevalence of national GI problems. Two drugs that decrease stomach acid, Prevacid and Nexium, were among the top ten bestsellers, with sales for the combined products totaling 9.7 billion US dollars during 2005. The top seller for 2005 according to this report was Lipitor, a cholesterol-lowering agent, with sales of 12.9 billion US dollars. (6)

According to the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, approximately 27,000,000 Americans have thyroid disorders, but only about half of them are aware of it. In the RxList website's, "Top 300 Prescriptions for 2004 by Number of US Prescriptions Dispensed," Synthroid, a thyroid drug, is ranked as the fifth most popular prescription, with a total of 44,056,176 prescriptions dispensed during that year. Lipitor, had the second highest number of prescriptions dispensed, at 69,766,431. The NRC states on Page 2 of their report that in 2000, there were approximately 162,000,000 people receiving water artificially fluoridated at levels of 0.7 to 1.2 mg/L. (7, 8)

One report studied by the NRC on page 194 showed "statistically significant changes in TSH concentrations (increased), T3 concentrations (decreased)," following "prolonged consumption of 'high-fluoride,'" at 2.3 mg/L. On page 195, another study examined children in a high fluoride and low iodine area. The "high" fluoride level in this study was "0.88 mg/L." The children were found to have a "lower mean IQ," as well as deviations in TSH and T3 levels. An additional study by Shusheela et al. (2005), found "well-defined hormonal derangements" in children with fluorosis from drinking water with "1.1 - 14.3 mg/L" fluoride. On page 196, the NRC states that "studies showing no effect of fluoride on thyroid function did not measure actual hormone concentrationsdid not report iodine intakes," and used lower fluoride doses than other studies.

"Thus," NRC stated on page 197, "several lines of information" were reviewed that indicated fluoride exposure had an effect on thyroid function. The effects included decreased production of thyroid hormone, disruption of conversion of T4 to T3, and effects on blood transport - the details of which remain unclear. Also mentioned was the fact that some studies were not available in English.

The historic impact of this extraordinary report is immeasurable. I contacted Dr. Hardy Limeback - BSc, PhD, DDS, Associate Professor and Head of Preventive Dentistry, University of Toronto - one of the twelve members of the NRC who had co-authored the report. I asked if there were any comments he might have.

His reply was, "I, for one, would look at the graph at the top of page194 and ask, 'Are undernourished black children in fluoridated cities (1 ppm) more susceptible to thyroid problems than those living in non-fluoridated cities, as that graph might suggest?' Perhaps. As far as I know, we have no data for this problem in North America."

Perhaps, indeed, this might explain the pandemic of obesity and type-2 diabetes seen in low-income, ethnic neighborhoods in the United States.

Since current recommendations suggest that babies up to six months of age receive no fluoride at all, Dr. Luise Light, former USDA Director of Dietary Guidance and Nutrition Education, proposed other questions that concerned parents should now ask: "How do we avoid giving babies fluoridated water if it's in our municipal water systems? Does this mean we have to buy special water to make our babies' food and drinks? And what about the water we bathe them in?"

Because the EPA has now been advised of the potentially adverse effects fluoride has on the entire body when administered systemically in unknowable doses via drinking water, it would be in the interest of this nation if diligent members of the EPA would now locate and have translated the extensive German studies dating back to the 1930s. That was when German scientists discovered that fluorides could be used as an effective agent to block thyroid function in patients suffering from overactive thyroids. Of particular national interest would be translations of the German studies in which hundreds of patients with overactive thyroids had their thyroid function blocked by being bathed in fluoridated water.

The EPA should call for an immediate moratorium on water fluoridation until scientists and healthcare professionals can determine - at last - what the true health impacts have been and will continue to be as a result of fluoridating a nation of people through their drinking water.

This just appeared in my inbox. I fear Tenavision's conclusion that 70 ppm equals 70%, as stated in the subject line, is incorrect and over the top, although it is a 70X increase over the previously allowable 1 ppm, but the fact remains that the sudden burst in anti-smoking and increased fluoridation campaigns might indicate that the beast is getting a bit nervous about a few of us waking up in sufficient numbers to disrupt his nefarious plans for the total enslavement of humanity.

The links provided below lead to some very informative websites. If you are not fully aware of the insideousness of the fluoridation program, do yourself a favor and get educated. They are now putting this crap in everything. The real reason is spelled out very clearly.

We need to keep a real close eye on this issue. If this goes ahead we absolutely cannot eat these foods. Fluoride's affects at the limits of 4ppm which is the allowable limit in drinking water have been well documented. What is proposed as a fumigator for foods is 70ppm. Do the math....

The Issue at hand...

In a November 28, 2005 letter to Dow AgroSciences, Maureen Serafini, Director, NYS Bureau of Pesticides, approved sulfuryl fluoride (ProFume®) fumigant on all processed foods and a large number of raw food commodities in New York. These are the foods most Americans eat.

In response, FAN’s Pesticide Project Director, Ellen Connett, requested Director Serafini to revoke this approval.

Because sulfuryl fluoride breaks down to fluoride in the human body, fluoride is the endpoint of toxicological concern. In their approval, EPA approved the highest levels of fluoride residues in food in US history. Fluoride is persistent and bio-accumulates in the human body.

Inhalation tests with all animal species exposed to sulfuryl fluoride revealed severe harm to the brain. Of particular concern was the finding of holes (vacuolation) in the white matter of the brain, and an abnormal softening (malacia) and cell death (necrosis) of brain tissue.

Heres what I find paricularly interesting / sinister about one of the side effects
of fluoride ....

It apparently diminishes or completely eradicates psychic abilities ..
So the link in the above article about its affect on the pineal gland is worth
reading ....

Seems to me, the investment in a good quality water filter that ACTUALLY REMOVES fluoride .... ( the cheaper ones just reduce the amount ) ...
is well worth the effort.....
