UFO's over Washington, ET's on Earth - Conspiracy or Fact?
(12.01.2005)

Our article takes a closer look at the squadrons of UFO's that were seen over the White House, Capitol Building and Pentagon on the 19th and 26th of July 1952.

These sightings were real and witnessed by numerous people, including US Air Force personnel. Photograph's of the UFO's appeared on the front pages of Newspapers and this was no hoax!

The UFO's were tracked on radar and although they maintained an average speed of around 100 mph, they were capable of speeds of 7,200 mph.

Unlike many other sightings, the authorities found it difficult to explain these away as weather balloons or other natural occurences (some tried), but in the end, most had to accept that these "objects" in the sky could only be described as "unidentifiable".

But why should a UFO sighting that happened more than 50 years ago, even one as important as this, be of interest now?

James Finn, author of a book called Pandora's Hope has gathered information from various sources to show a potential connection between the Washington UFO sightings, Roswell, the US government and the Vatican! You can look at this in more detail by viewing his special report, which we strongly recommend.

Many people already understand that the authorities have been less than truthful over the subject of UFO's, but there are still millions of people who believe that such articles are the work of cranks and just more of the many conspiracy stories that float around the internet.

We agree that many of the stories published belong in some children's sci-fi book and should not be taken too seriously. However, it would be a big mistake to assume that all information on this subject should be thrown in the same garbage can, a very big mistake indeed!

James Finn, who we have had contact with for some time now, is certainly not one of those people who can be written off as some crank, he is, in our opinion, as normal as anyone else (perhaps more so!). His intentions are not to force his beliefs on others, but to present the details he has gathered and let you make up your own minds.

It is his belief, from his many years of study, that our planet faces a regular catastrophe. Whilst this does not destroy the actual planet as some predict, it can destroy the lifeforms on it. According to his discoveries, this has happened 4 times before and we are approaching this time again.

He refuses to place a time on when this may happen, because there is insufficient data to predict this. However, certain other events seem to suggest that this time may be nearer than we think.

To discover Jim's detailed thoughts on this topic you will need to obtain his book, but like others, he believes that some of the Earth's inhabitants will be saved from this forthcoming catastrophe by Aliens, something that has happened before.

Whilst many of the reported "abductions" that you hear about may well be figments of some people's imagination, there are many that are not. The "contact" that some abductees receive, is simply a message that the "time" is coming and that "we" should be prepared.

As you will see from the information provided in Jim's report, some received this information a long time ago but have chosen to keep this from us. Not only have they made this important information secret, but have purposely tried to ridicule those who have attempted to explore this fact.

Sadly, many people have fallen for the authorities deception tactics and this has not been helped by the occasional "crank stories" which get plenty of publicity.

Like James Finn, we are not here to force people to believe anything they don't want to, but we feel it's important to present the information available and let as many people decide as possible for themselves.

Even the most sceptical of people can not dismiss all the UFO sightings, or believe that some members of the government are not witholding some information on this subject. The big question is why is this being kept secret and are you one of these people who want to know the truth? Or are you happy to believe what the authorities tell you?

If James Finn is right and we are approaching a new "End of World" situation, we have a right to know. Not just for ourselves, but for our children. Should we let governments decide how we should die as well as live?

We shall be exploring many more of the "connections" that indicate extraterrestrials have made contact with us already and why those that have been contacted refuse to share this information with the rest of us.

Be sure to check out our news section for further details on this subject. You can also forward your own views on this topic by sending us an email at worldend@profindpages.com

It would seem even the Vatican Knows:

ART BELL INTERVIEWS FATHER MALACHI MARTIN:

Transcript of the April 5th, 1997 interview with late Father Malachi Martin by Art Bell.

Bell: The Vatican has a very, very great deal of power.

Father Martin: Thats right.

Bell: We talked about it.

Father Martin (weaker): We did.

Bell: They have, whether they admit it or not, a great deal of political power all around the world.

Father Martin: Uh-huh.

Bell: One of the things that they did fairly recently was, they muscled, and I do intend to use that word,

Father Martin: Sure...

Bell: they muscled their way onto a mountain in Arizona, Mount Graham, ...

Father Martin (softly): Uh-huh

Bell: and they built an observatory on Mount Graham ...

Father Martin (softly): Uh-huh

Bell: ... in connection with an Arizona University.

Father Martin: Yes.

Bell: However, The Vatican has the larger part of the control of this observatory ...

Father Martin: Yes.

Bell: looking at deep space things.

Father Martin: That's right.

Bell: Now why would they have done that, Father?

Father Martin: Because the mentality, the attitude, mentality amongst those who at the higher levels, highest levels of Vatican administration and geo-politics, know that, now, knowledge of what's going on in space, and what's approaching us, could be of great import in the next five years, ten years.

Bell: Carefully and well chosen words, Father, thank you. West of the Rockies, you're on the air with Father Malachi Martin.

Extraterrestrial Base On Earth, Sanctioned By Officials Since 1954, Now Revealed.

Also Disclosed: Secret U.S.-USSR Manned Space Station, Positioned In Orbit For Past 30+ Years

by

Richard Boylan, Ph.D.
[Notes] by Jim Finn

In July of 1952 the world was electrified by large newspaper headlines and photos of squadrons of UFOs flying repeatedly over the nation's Capital in Washington, DC. Four months later WW II General Dwight Eisenhower was elected President. The same month President Eisenhower took office (January, 1953), the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI) was ordered to determine if UFOs were interstellar vehicles. OSI convened the Robertson Panel of scientists, which recommended expansion of an Air Force study of UFOs, Project Blue Book.

A year later, in April, 1954 -

[My Note: The Quiet War was quietly declared by the International Elite at a meeting held in 1954. Link above.]

as documented by Gerald Light, President Eisenhower made a secret trip to Muroc Field (now Edwards Air Force Base), in the California desert, accompanied by generals, reporter Franklin Allen of the Hearst Newspapers Group, Los Angeles Catholic Bishop James McIntyre, and others. The President had previously arranged to be in nearby Palm Springs, CA, purportedly for a golfing vacation. He "was spirited over to Muroc one night," while reporters were fed the cover story that the President had a toothache and needed to see a dentist.

While at Muroc Air Field, Eisenhower was present while an extraterrestrial disc landed. Several Star Visitors emerged to converse with the President and the generals. The extraterrestrials requested that Eisenhower make the public aware of extraterrestrial contact with Earth forthwith.

[My Note: "Forthwith" is a strong term and shows they are not here for "just a visit." There is "something" running in the background. The coming superwave "end of the fourth world" is the reason "they" are here. If this is true it marks the first attempt by the Star People to push the issue of contact with the population, if the first release of the superwave info was via the Roswell survivor. Fulcanelli released his work for "the Elite" on the coming destruction in 1957.]

The President protested that humans were not ready, and needed time to be prepared for adjusting to this stupendous reality.

By the end of the following month, May, 1954, President Eisenhower's CIA Director, Walter Bedell Smith, Prince Bernhard of Netherlands, David Rockefeller and other top world financiers, later-Secretary of State Dean Rusk, later-British Minister of Defense Denis Healey, and other Western power leaders convened the inaugural meeting of the Bilderberg Group, "a means of Western collective management of the world order".

[Note: Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars. First they say "we are not ready" then they move towards "management of the world order."]

One of the early items on the Bilderberg agenda was extraterrestrial contact. Shortly after establishing itself, the Bilderberg Group collaborated with the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), another international policy body devoted to world management. They discussed the problem of adjusting humankind to extraterrestrial presence. Bilderberg and CFR decided jointly in the mid-1950s to enter into an arrangement with the extraterrestrials: The ETs were given an island in French Polynesia as a base on Earth. This arrangement afforded them an opportunity to monitor closely Earth cultures and behavior; and it permitted Earth governments a way to monitor extraterrestrial culture and behavior. "It became an on-going experiment," as my former-NSA informant put it.

He added that when official public announcement of the extraterrestrial presence occurs, "they will be the ones introduced to Earthlings; 'Oh, by the way, we want to welcome our neighbors from the Pleiades, who by the way have been here since the beginning of [Earth] time, but [are] actually living in our place, date, space and time." "They are the diplomatic corps." Jesse reported that the U.S. particularly held out for many concessions before agreeing to the arrangement. (He did not specify what those concessions were, but history subsequent to 1954 suggests that what the U.S. obtained was the lion's share of extraterrestrial scientist consultants, to assist American scientists in understanding and adapting exotic ET technologies into such devices we now know as the computer chip, fibre optics, lasers, gene-splicing therapy, cloning, night-vision equipment, super-tenacity fibers (such as Kevlar lightweight armor), aerospace ceramics, Stealth technology, particle-beam devices, and gravity-control flight.)

NSC's Dr. Michael Wolf has previously revealed in his book The Catchers of Heaven that he worked with ETs as part of his governmental duties. "I met with extraterrestrial individuals every day in my work, and shared living quarters with them," while doing research at extremely classified underground government research laboratories. He added, "Zetas work in underground facilities, as requested by the U.S. Government. The ETs are not breaking the U.S. Government- Zeta treaties, but the Government has broken treaties by mistreating ETs, and trying to fire on UFOs."

[Note: Why fire on them?]

Dr. Wolf also described working with very human-appearing races dubbed the Nordics and Semitics. He said, "The Semitics and Nordics [ETs] come from Altair 4 and 5 and from the Pleiades [star systems]." Wolf also disclosed that in 1954 the U.S. had four extraterrestrial corpses in the "Blue Room", Hanger 18 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. These bodies came from a series of retrievals of downed UFOs. "The first UFO came down in 1941 into the ocean west of San Diego, and was retrieved by the Navy." Between that and the first publicly-announced Roswell UFO crash in 1947, Wolf says there was another crash in 1946, as well as two other crashes in 1947.

QUOTE
Military secrecy veils an investigation of the mysterious, glowing aerial objects that showed up on radar screens in the Washington area Saturday night for the second consecutive week.
A jet pilot sent up by the Air Defense Command to investigate the objects reported he was unable to overtake the glowing lights moving near Andrews Air Force Base.

The CAA reported reported the objects traveled at "predominantly lower levels"-about 1700 feet.

July 19.

Air Force spokesmen said yesterday only that an investigation was being made into the sighting of the objects on the radar screen in the CAA Air Route Traffic Control Center at Washington National Airport, and on two other radar screens . Methods of the investigations were classified as secret, a spoken said.

" We have no evidence they are flying saucers; conversely we have no evidence they are not flying saucers. We don't know what they are," a spokesman added.

The same source reported an expert from the Air Technical Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton Ohio, was here last week investigating the objects sighted July 19.

The expert has been identified as Capt. E. J. Ruppelt. Reached by telephone at his home in Dayton yesterday, Ruppelt said he could make no comment on his activity in Washington.

Capt. Ruppelt confirmed he was in Washington last week but said he had not come here to investigate the mysterious objects. He recalled he did make an investigation after hearing of the objects, but could not say what he investigated.

Another Air Force spokesman said here yesterday the Air Force is taking all steps necessary to evaluate the sightings. "The intelligence people," this spokesman explained, "sent someone over to the control center at the time of the sightings and did whatever necessary to make the proper evaluation.

Asked whether the radar equipment might have been mis-functioning, the spokesman said, "radar, like the compass is not a perfect instrument and is subject to error." He thought, however, the investigation would be made by persons acquainted with the problems of radar.

Two other radar screens in the area picked up the objects. An employee of the National Airport control tower said the radar scope there picked up very weak "blips" of the objects. The tower radar's for "short range" and is not so powerful as that at the center. Radar at Andrews Air Force Base also registered the objects from about seven miles south of the base.

A traffic control center spokesman said the nature of the signals on the radar screen ruled out any possibility they were from clouds or any other "weather" disturbance.

"The returns we received from the unidentified objects were similar and analogous to targets representing aircraft in flight," he said.
The objects, "flying saucer or what have you, appeared on the radar scope at the airport center at 9:08 PM. Varying from 4 to 12 in number, the objects appeared on the screen until 3:00 AM., when they disappeared.

AT 11:25 PM., two F-94 jet fighters fro Air Defense Command squadron, at New Castle Delaware, capable of 600 hundred mph speeds, took off to investigate the objects.

Airline, civil and military pilots described the objects as looking like the lit end of a cigarette or a cluster of orange and red lights.

One jet pilot observed 4 lights in the vicinity of Andrews Air Force Base, but was not able to over-take them, and they disappeared in about two minutes.

The same pilot observed a steady white light in the vicinity of Mt Vernon at 11:49 PM. The light, about 5 miles from him, faded in a minute. The lights were also observed in the Beltsville, MD., vicinity. At 1:40 AM two-other F-94 jet fighters took off and scanned the area until 2:20 AM., but did not make any sightings.

Visible Two Ways

Although "unidentified objects" have been picked up on radar before, the incidents of the last two Saturdays are believed to be the first time the objects have been picked up on radar-while visible to the human eye.

Besides the pilots, who last Saturday saw the lights, a woman living on Mississippi Ave., told the Post she saw a very "bright light streaking across the sky towards Andrews Air Force Base about 11:45 PM. Then a second object with a tail like a comet whizzed by, and a few seconds later, a third passed in a different direction toward Suntland, she said.
Radar operators plotted the speed of "Saturday night's visitors" at from 38 to 90 mph, but one jet pilot reported faster speeds for the light he saw.

The jet pilot reported he had no apparent "closing speed" when he attempted to reach the lights he saw near Andrews Air Force Base. That means the lights were moving at least as fast as his top speed-a maximum of 600 mph.

One person who saw the lights when they first appeared in this area did not see them last night. He is E.W. Chambers, an engineer at Radio Station WRC, who spotted the lights while working early the morning of July 20 at station's Hyattsville tower.

Chamber's said he was sorry he had seen the lights because he had been skeptical about "flying saucers" before. Now he said, he sort of "wonders" and worries about the whole thing.

Leon Davidson, 804 South Irving St. Arlington, a chemical engineer who made an exhaustive study of "flying saucers' as a hobby, said yesterday reports of saucers in the East, have been relatively rare.

Davidson has studied the official report on the saucers, including some of the secret portions never made public, and analyzed all the data in the report.

Davidson, whose study of saucers is impressively detailed and scientific, said he believes the lights are American "aviation products"-probably "circular flying wings," using new type jet engines that permit rapid acceleration and relatively low speeds. He believes, they are either "new fighter," guided missiles, or piloted guided missiles.

He cited some of the recent jet fighters, including the Navy's new " F-4-D, which has a radical "bat-wing," as examples of what the objects might resemble.

Davidson thinks the fact that the lights have been seen in this area indicates the authorities may be ready to disclose the "new aircraft" in the near future. Previously, most of the "verified saucers" have been seen over sparsely inhabited areas, Davidson explained, and now, when they appear here, it may indicate that "secrecy" is not so important any more.

Plethora of UFO Activity over DC in 1952
Daily Express
March 4th 2006
QUOTE
One night in 1952, the skies above Washington DC exploded with mysterious lights - but ever since, the US government has insisted it was just freak weather. A new book now claims a vast cover-up has hidden the truth, as MARCUS DUNK discovers.

IT WAS a warm Saturday evening in July, 1952, and in the White House, President Harry S. Truman was in residence. His had been an eventful presidency, which had seen both the end of the Second World War and the beginning of the Cold War take place on his watch.

Yet what happened that evening in the skies above Washington DC would make his tenure even more extraordinary. Before the night had come to an end, a group of unidentified flying objects had appeared, leaving the military and the authorities scrambling to work out what was happening and then to stage a cover-up to prevent the truth from being revealed.

The east coast of the United States had been awash with sightings of UFOs all summer. On July 10, the crew of a National Airlines plane flying over Virginia noted a light "too bright to be a lighted balloon and too slow to be a big meteor" near them, while a few days later, another crew flying 60 miles northwest of Washington saw a light beneath them which then shot up to their level, hovered for a few minutes, and then rapidly ascended out of sight.

The next few days saw a number of similar encounters, which eventually came to the attention of Captain Edward Ruppelt, a United States Air Force officer who, from 1951 until 1953, headed project Blue Book, the unit in charge of UFO investigations.

Neither a "diehard sceptic nor wide-eyed believer", Ruppelt was a war veteran who liked to keep an open mind. In the summer of 1952, his mind would be blown wide open.

Having heard rumours concerning the sightings, he spoke to a government scientist who was convinced that some thing big was coming. "You're going to have the grandaddy of all UFO sightings," the scientist told Ruppelt. "The sighting will occur in Washington or New York - probably Washington."

Ruppelt did not have to wait long. On the night of Saturday July 19, one of the most significant events in the history of UFO encounters took place, right in Washington DC airspace.

"It is difficult to overstate just how significant this incident was," says British author Colin Bennett, who has written a new book on the incident.

"On this night, two radars at Washington National Airport picked up seven unidentified targets flying over the capital in prohibited airspace. Two of the targets streaked off at an amazing burst of speed, which was estimated at 700mph."

In the alarm, the decision was made to scramble fighter jets from Andrews Air Force Base. The only problem was that the runways at Andrews were being repaired and no plane could take off.

"One would have thought that the capital city of the most powerful nation in the world at the time of the Cold War would have had good fighter cover," says Bennett. "That it had none of any significance was a very serious matter. It is a mystery to this day that there appeared to be no central RAF-style 24-hour `fighter command' for the defence of the whole and entire American government and administration."

By this stage, orange and amber lights were flashing up all over the place. Numerous bases were picking up the signals on their screens but what was truly astonishing was what could be seen with the naked eye. Large orange and amber lights hung in the sky, with some darting back and forth.

According to one control tower operator at Andrews Air Force Base, a "huge fiery-orange sphere" was hovering just south of the tower.

Almost as quickly as they appeared, however, the lights disappeared, leaving the authorities confused and bewildered.

On Monday morning, Ruppelt was called by a journalist about the sightings. It seemed that some sort of cover-up was already underway. Ruppelt flew straight to Washington and, after some wrangling, managed to be briefed at the Pentagon, which was already being besieged by the press.

"Intelligence officers were standing on their heads trying to think of what to say," says Bennett.

"Despite 'evidence' from the incidents, they sure as hell were going to think several times before any announcement that intelligently controlled vehicles not of human manufacture had invaded the night skies of Washington. The situation was not about a possible new Russian aircraft, a new spy revelation, contractual fraud. No, this was an inch away from admitting an alien invasion. It is no wonder that men use to dealing with somewhat more mundane matters found great difficulties in coping with a situation straight out of a B-feature film."

A press conference was called and Ruppelt agreed to play along with a story that a "bizarre weather phenomenon" had occurred.

Out of the gaze of the media, however, he was determined to get to the truth of the matter. But when he attempted to investigate, he was frustrated at every turn. First of all, he was prevented from hiring a car, and told he should take the bus. "Forced to take the bus to investigate an alien invasion of earth!" says Bennett.

Then he was accused of being AWOL from his base, even though he was simply doing his job. When he did manage to get close to anybody involved, he was turned away. He went to speak to three of the tower control operators on duty that night but, when he arrived at the base, was greeted by the chief of staff of the air force who once again reiterated the weather line.

For weeks this went on, with more sightings followed by more denials by the authorities. For these men, eyewitness testimony and photographic proof meant absolutely nothing.

"Ruppelt was getting frustrated and was being worn down by his constant battling with his superiors," says Bennett. "Eventually he became disillusioned, and the following year he left the air force without ever getting an official acknowledgement about what had actually gone on that July night."

Convinced that the truth needed to be known, Ruppelt eventually wrote a book about his experiences which, although long out of print, has proved to be an invaluable resource. Although some might say that Ruppelt failed, Colin Bennett believes instead that he was a hero whose tireless work laid the foundation for much of the research into UFOs conducted since.

It is clear that Bennett sees himself as a similar sort of individual - a maverick whose dogged pursuit of the truth drives him on. "I believe that the universe is not as straight forward as scientists would have us believe," says Bennett. "I believe that there are hairline cracks in reality and that there is something out there trying to speak to us. We don't always understand the language but something is trying to speak."

For Bennett this is not just a theory - he also has first-hand experience of flying saucers. "It was 25 years ago that I saw my first UFO just outside that window," he says in the basement of his Notting Hill flat. "It was a Sunday night in 1981 and it turned out to be the most serious experience in my life.

"I had been out to the cinema and was just about to walk through the gate to my house when I saw a bright light. I didn't know what was happening so I called to my girlfriend, Karen, who was home. I thought, if she doesn't see what I'm seeing, then I'll have to see a doctor.

"Karen came out and was gobsmacked. We both just stood there with our mouths open. It was like a hypnotic disco light sitting right above the square. Suddenly we could make out through the light a Lancaster bomber sitting stationary in mid-air, and then it suddenly morphed into a triangular craft which vanished into the distance. We were shocked. We don't drink, we don't take drugs, and we didn't believe in this sort of thing, but it happened."

The pair stumbled inside their house, only to be confronted by another anomaly. "We walked inside, and there was a man in black on the settee. Apparently he'd turned up just before I arrived home, saying he was a friend of our neighbour, and asking if he could wait until the neighbour arrived home.

"Karen had invited him in but, as soon as we both walked back in, he stood up, looked at us for a moment, and then walked out of the house." Colin even described the strange man to his neighbour the next day, but the neighbour claimed not to know such an individual.

"Needless to say, Karen and I were both a bit stunned but there was more to come. I went upstairs to feed the cats, bent down to put the food in their bowl and then stood up again. It was then that I'd realised that that simple motion had taken me over 20 minutes. I'd lost 20 minutes of time and had no memory of where it had gone.

"After that night, I realised that not only was the universe a whole lot more mysterious than I had imagined, I also realised that I needed to find out more about UFOs."

And so began a lifetime quest that has seen this mild-mannered Englishman explore the farthest reaches of the galaxy, all from the comfort of his cluttered front room.

He has written books on thought control, scientific mavericks and conspiracies, all in an attempt to make sense of the strange events that occurred to him that night in 1981.

But it is this latest book on the events in Washington in 1952 that is the true culmination of his years spent in pursuit of the truth.

For Colin, his firm conviction that the public needs to know the truth about alien life forms goes hand in hand with outrage at government attempts to obscure and hush-up the facts.

"The US government said the sightings in 1952 were nothing more than a strange weather phenomenon!" says Colin, leaning forward with an arm raised. "Weather, for God's sake! How could they?"

His hope is that this book will open people's eyes, and help them to be less accepting of government propaganda. Although he is still trying to understand what it was that happened to him on that strange Sunday night back in 1981, he is determined that his work will continue to uncover the truth.
