There are many types of Clean Energy and some you probably already know about such as Wind, Solar, Hydro-Electric (Dams), Geo-Thermal, Fuel Cells, Hemp and Electro Magnetic.

Imagine a home that is self sufficient and does not require energy from the "grid". No more blackouts! Cheap energy - no more high utility bills!

Clean and renewable energy resources could provide energy for our homes as well as run our personal vehicles, airplanes, trains, trucks and ships that transport our goods, ATVs, landscape tools, seadoos and even military vehicles without harming our environment or poisoning our air.

You may wonder why we continue to pollute our Earth when there are Clean and Alternative Renewable Energies available.

Perhaps greed is a powerful motivator since those in power, the ruling elite, would lose part of their enormous income if we diverted our energy consumption away from consuming and burning fossil fuels.

It may seem far fetched to suggest that Wars for Oil are taking place as I write this but some would tend to agree with me.

The biggest problem we face in getting Clean Energy to be widely used is public awareness and cooperation. The people must desire to change the path of environmental destruction we are on.

I realize that many of my fellow Americans like fast cars and love speeding down the freeway way past the speed limits, but if you care about your Earth and the harm you are doing you will one day wake up and realize there´s a better, cleaner way to travel.

It´s all up to you. If you want Clean Energy, you will have to seek it.

I had thought about putting this in the sick news thread seeing as how it is almost unbelievable.

The CSIRO is Australia's peak government research body. Obviously the capitalists have major influence over this body to enable them to drag it away from the world standard of renewable energy research and to set them to work at re-establishing dirty technology.

Recently,I finished the book "cold electricity". It goes deep into the patent of E.Gray. Since I had already a big interest in this patent for a while, I now know how to make free energy.

above is the good news. the bad news is that probably a lot of people now know how to do it because the book is already a couple years old, but there has been no reports about it. So it is not a question of how to make free energy, it is now a question of how to bring it out... without getting killed in the process.

If you bring anything to the patent office, you are being contacted in no time, so that is not the way to go. It has to be spread without too much attention and that means no big gains. hopefully some wireheads have to balls to go for it.

Below a short explanation for the wireheads. If you wanna know more, post it here, and I explain more (if I can):

A spark, created by DC high voltage, preferably by dis-charge through capacitance, has to be stopped during spark time. If it is done timely enough, an enormeous strong field (much higher than input) can be captured AROUND (not touching) one of the leads leading to the spark-gap.

That's all there is. Simple explanation, simple energy. Drawings from EV Gray's patents are available on the internet. a bit of an electronic engineer can figur it out. Moray used this, Tesla used it and E. gray used it...

I guess that for someone with free time on his hands and 200 to 300 dollar can make a prototype to show (yourself?) that it works. Better not go for the "investors".

The secret is to give the bugs a helping hand with a kick of electric charge.

Hydrogen is an attractive environmentally friendly fuel because burning it creates only water as a waste product. But finding an efficient, clean way to produce hydrogen in the first place is difficult.

Fermenting organic material using microbes is one possibility, but generally produces poor yields. Microbes reach a chemical dead end once sugar from material has been broken down into acetic acid, carbon dioxide and hydrogen. That releases at best only a third of the hydrogen in a molecule of the sugar glucose, for example.

"There is no known biological route to ferment glucose to [get] any more hydrogen than that," says Bruce Logan of Pennsylvania State University in University Park, US, who with colleague Shaoan Cheng has demonstrated a way around that the problem.

Reversed processTheir microbial electrolysis cells (MECs) enable microbes to break down organic materials completely, to just water, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen. The latest design can release as much as 99% of the hydrogen in acetic acid, a common dead end to fermentation.

MECs are modified versions of microbial fuel cells, which are used to harvest electrons produced by metabolising microbes as they feed to generate electricity. The electrochemical reactions are balanced when the used electrons are combined oxygen and hydrogen ions also released by the microbes to form water.

Logan's MECs are like microbial fuel cells in reverse. Instead of charge being drawn out, it is pumped in, and the hydrogen ions combine with electrons alone to form hydrogen gas. Applying roughly 0.5 volts provides enough energy to drive thermodynamically unlikely chemical reactions that break down the dead-end products that limited previous attempts to ferment hydrogen.

MECs can also break down other by-products of fermentation that put an end to the process, such as lactic, valeric, and butyric acids, says Logan. In tests it was fed cellulose and glucose and broke them down completely without problems.
'Great news'The researchers were able to generate up to 1.23 cubic meters of hydrogen per day for every cubic meter of hydrogen fuel cell. This rate of hydrogen production is about 275 times faster than their earlier MEC.

In tests, the system produced hydrogen that, if fed into a hydrogen fuel cell that was 50% efficient, could generate between 1.2 and 3.4 times as much electricity as was fed into the system. By comparison, hydrogen extracted from water can only pay back about 25 to 30% of the energy used to extract it.

"It is surprising that such high hydrogen yields can so readily be obtained," says Patrick Hallenbeck of the University of Montreal in Canada. "The net energy yield appears much higher than what people are getting in other biofuel production processes – bioethanol, for example," he adds.

But the process is still much too slow to be practical, Hallenbeck adds. Logan and colleagues are currently working on improving the speed. The performance of the MECs exceeded the expectations of Lars Angenent, of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, US, who is also interested in using microbes to make fuel. "This is great news," he says.
