Den-Watts, this thread is being started in your honor.

When I was a young man I started watching MTV music videos and I really enjoyed it a lot.

Then one day, MTV changed.

MTV started playing music that I did not like.... and I stopped watching MTV for music and I continue not watching MTV for music to this very day.

Now the question is....

Who Controls MTV?

Anyone have an answer?

Thank you, Mark.

I cannot say that the Mohammedans control it, but from what I see those who run MTV work for the Mohammedans. Does MTV have its headquarters in the Arab countries? Does MTV have a representative office in Iran, or Pakistan? Not that I now. But it does have headquarters in Europe and in non-Mohammedan Asian countries such as Japan, Thailand etc.

Of course that MTV doesn't exist in Mohammedan countries. They don't want to poison their own youth. Because that's exactly what MTV is - a poison. VH1, it's a part of MTV, from time to time has a program dedicated to homosexuals, so all day they talk about homosexual bands, the so called "gay icons", play homosexual music etc. How come it never happens in the Mohammedan countries???

Like I said before, I'll believe that this is not a Mohammedan conspiracy against the whole world only when I see a homosexual parade in Saudi Arabia.

Ooops, I was wrong. MTV does work in Pakistan. But nevertheless it doesn't exist in any Arab countries.

By the way, I think Warner was the first MTV owner, and now it's owned by Viacom, but I must admit I don't know anything about that company.

Do you have any information, Mark?

Hey DEN-WATTS, A Viacom company is correct unless it has changed.

As far as I was aware, most anyone with a satelite dish can have MTV piped into their home's --- I was not aware of any countries where MTV was banned.

I recall, after the USA first liberated Iraq, some of the things we brought them was satelite, porn, drugs and new household appliances.

Yeah Viacom owns or did own MTV, MTV2, mtvU, Nickelodeon, BET, TV Land, VH1
Spike TV, CMT, Comedy Central, Showtime,The Movie Channel, Flix and the
Sundance Channel, Paramount Pictures, CBS, Infinity broadcasting, Simon & Schuster, Blockbuster and at least 39 local TV stations in major US markets...

Viacom is owned by Sumner Murray (Rothstein) Redstone... born in 1923... Went to Harvard (Skull and Bones)...

There was some kind of a split in 2005 and Viacom became two separate entities...

The original Viacom is now called CBS Corporation and retains control of all the over-the-air broadcasting, TV production, and publishing assets formerly owned by the larger parent company including MTV... The other entity became what we see as Viacom today... Viacom now seems to be in the process of taking over the movie side of the business and have already acquired Dreamworks. They also bought a free instant messaging service called Xfire and Neopets which is some kind of virtual pet website and they acquired Harmonix Music Systems which was classified as a game developer ....

Here we go...

In 2006, Harmonix was acquired by MTV Networks, a division of Viacom, Inc.

Don't forget that Lebanon is NOT a Mohammedan country. Almost 50% of people living there are Christians!

When the US brought "democracy" to Iraq, why didn't it also bring its "values" such as homosexual parades, MTV, Rock 'n' Roll, drugs etc? Because it was not their aim! They came to Iraq to make the radical Islam fanatics stronger, not weaker, and that's excatly what's going on these days.

By the way, I'm still waiting for Mark to post the names of "Jews" who control MTV.

As I recall, the natives of Easter Island killed all of the "Long Ears" on the island. The "Long Ears" exploited the "Short Ears" and considered themselves a higher class or race of people. Today, we have a group of people who obviously feel that they should be the ones to decide and determine what type of filth and lies will fill our tv, cable and radio airwaves.

He looks like a "Long Ear" to me -- what ya think?
